| We know that small childrent are said to haunt the City County Building but I don't think we were prepared to see one peeking out of the elevator at us. Captured on the 5th floor where it is said the children parished falling down the during construction. |

| Mayor's Office on the 3rd floor. We asked those who wanted their picture taken to line up in front of the office and what we got was 3 figures inside the office looking back at us. We have tested this to see if it was our reflection however we could not duplicate these results. |
